CRUISIN’ THE BADLANDS CAR – HORSE AND BUGGY SHOW AND PARADE
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10 AM – Registration for the parade and show at the tent next to the Badlands Cafe and Scoop Shoppe. Participants will receive one complimentary lunch ticket for each entry into the parade.
11 AM – Parade line up will be at the Stockman Bank down Logan Avenue. The parade will be led by Grand Marshal Mark Dalotta on horseback with the horse and buggies right after him, with the cars in order of year following them.
At Noon – Archie’s Vintage Car Museum will have their grand opening. The displays will include Doug Braun’s collection of vintage and classic cars as well as license plates form Don Hubber’s vast collection.

At 1 PM – trophies and certificates will be announced and awarded to the winners in the parade and show by Dale Galland, President of the Prairie County Chamber of Commerce. After the award ceremony, Dale Galland will bring out Zuni and Hopi, the Terry Weather Prediction Prairie Dogs, who will be announcing whether Eastern Montana will have an early fall or 6 more weeks of summer this year.
At 2 PM – the Pen-i-Jak’s Ice Cream Dessert Eating Competition will be held at the Badlands Cafe and Scoop Shoppe. This challenge will be judged by Greg Klevgard.

Parade Viewing for Spectators: Viewing the Parade begins at 11 am from the Yellowstone Bean parking lot on Leandre, left on Logan Avenue, make right turn on Yellowstone and another right on Garfield up to Spring with the parade ending up Archie’s Vintage Car Museum for their grand opening.
